The Rock Mushroom is a powerup in the Super Mario series. It first appeared in Super Mario Galaxy 2. It lets Mario roll around really fast, get to secret areas, break stones and crystals, and knock down certain walls. However, it rarely shows up in Super Mario Galaxy 2, and is pretty rare.
