The Mini Mushroom is a powerup in the Super Mario series. It first appeared in New Super Mario Bros. They let Mario shrink. While small, Mario can walk on water, access secret areas, and have a floaty jump. However, he has to ground pound to kill enemies, if you don't you will bounce off them.
