Frost T. is a character in the Super Mario series. He first appeared in Paper Mario. He is a green Toad that lives in Starborn Valley. His name is a pun on the word 'frosty.' He first appears in the game's intro, when he is talking to Russ T. in Princess Peach's Castle.
