Super Mario Bros. 2 is the sequel to Super Mario Bros. It is actually a game called Doki Doki Panic. Nintendo made Doki Doki Panic into a Mario game so they could release it instead of Lost Levels. Unlike most Mario games, you throw vegetables at the enemies to kill them. It has some four playable characters, Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad. Mario is the most well-balanced, Luigi jumps the highest, Peach can hover, and Toad can run and dig the fastest. There are some new characters, including Shy Guy, Birdo, Ostro, Phanto, and Wart. It has 28 levels. In the credits, it is revealed that Mario was dreaming the whole time. Also, the credits switch Birdo and Ostro's names around.
