Dr. Light is a character in the Super Mario series. The first Mario comic he appeared in was Club Nintendo. He is from the Mega Man series, and is the creator of Mega Man, and other robots. In the comics Super Mario: Die Verwandlung, where he helps Mario become non-pixelated, Mario in Mariozilla, where he helps Mario after Kamek made him grow to a huge size, and Blast Corps in Yoshis Knallkekse, where he helps Yoshi when Kamek makes his cookies make people insane.
