The Double Cherry is a power up in the Super Mario series. It first appeared in Super Mario 3D World. They let Mario get a clone of himself. There can be up to five clones by getting four Double Cherries. Sometimes, there have to be a certain amount of clones to get a Green Star or Stamp. If Mario touches the Goal Pole while having Double Cherry clones, he will get 1,000 points for each clone.
