Blue is a character in the Super Mario series. He first appeared in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble. He is a member of the Brothers Bear, and lives in a beach hut in Cotton-Top Cove. He is very depressed, which is what his name is based off of. If the Kongs deliver Blizzard's birthday present to him, he will become happy and give it to them.
